The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a good option if you're looking to buy a mid-range robot vacuum and mop. It's got a fantastic mopping performance but lacks some of the features found in its more expensive counterpart.

During testing it was able to tackle dust and dry oats on medium-pile carpet and pet hair on hard flooring. It doesn't employ LIDAR however, like cheaper models do, to identify your home.

Roomba s9+ iRobot from iRobot

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the best-rated robots. It has impressive cleaning power and numerous features, including a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. The robot will learn your habits for cleaning and recommend automatic schedules that will give you an effortless cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once the system is set up it can begin cleaning automatically with just one button click. You can select the general clean option, which prioritizes the removal of larger pieces of debris like rice and cereal. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your home is cleaned thoroughly.

This robot vacuum performs well on floors that are unfinished and carpet with a low pile. It can take in large objects and does not lose suction as fast as other models do and can remove pet hair without difficulty. It's not the best time with high-pile or plush carpet, but iRobot promises it will get better with future models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted, D-shaped design, which will allow it to hug furniture and walls. It's a step up from the hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are common, but we found it to be only marginally superior to circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with a superior filtration system which blocks tiny particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We think it's a nice statement but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system employs a combination of sensors to remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology to map the interior. It then cleans your entire house efficiently by avoiding obstacles such as stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home app lets you manage the robot and plan cleaning times, and create virtual boundaries, so it is aware of areas that require more attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines vacuuming and mopping. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those on more expensive models. And its mopping system is even better - its spinning pads scrub floors more effectively than the vibrating pads.

The only drawback is that it lacks an additional rubber brush to allow for deeper cleaning, but it's an acceptable price to pay if you are looking for one of the top robots on the market. The dust tank of the robo-vac is larger than its competitors and filling it takes just two or three cycles even when you've got a lot of dirt.

In terms of the mopping system, I was amazed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has, which are less powerful than the high-powered settings, produce little noise, so you can work or watch television without getting distracted. If it comes across a wall or piece of furniture it gently bumps into it and then moves forward.

The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that can automatically transfer physical garbage into the hidden bin and cleans and drys mop pads and replenishes its clean water tank. The app is adept at notifying you when something is in need of attention, like the water tank that is running out of clean or a scheduled cleaning session that was cancelled because of a full dust bin.

You can also create or combine actual rooms in order to personalize the way Q Revo treats your home. This is an excellent feature for those who have multiple areas of the home with different flooring materials or if there's some items that need to be cleared out frequently, like clothes, toys, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, taking debris from both carpets and hardwood floors in the first attempt. It can vacuum up even wet spills. I recommend drying the area with a towel prior to sending it to.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo that comes with all the features you could wish for. It has the ability to rotate mops and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It's similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and cleans mop pads to keep them fresh and ready for reuse. It also has a sensor that detects obstacles more accurately, allowing it to avoid falling on furniture or other objects.

The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this model has a sleeker, more modern design thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet high and deep and weighs in excess of four pounds--the entire robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This version is also more efficient than the X1, as it has faster battery charging and can handle a complete cleaning of around 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a bigger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris and is easier to empty it when needed.

Additionally it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app as well as voice assistant that operates offline, so you can manage it even when not at home. It also comes with an intelligent routing feature that allows it to clean specific rooms or areas of your home, instead of following a predetermined path.

The X2 Omni is the top bagless Robot vacuum at mopping. Its mop pads rotating scrub away tough stains, and its motor creates lots of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also excellent, and it increases suction when it detects carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It comes with a huge, rechargeable battery that lasts up to one week. The mopping mode of the robot is also extremely effective.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium model that comes with a variety of features that aren't typically found on robots in this price range. It can build detailed floor maps, detect different types of flooring and is one of the few robots that automatically wash and dry the mop pads. While these features are useful however, they also push the L10s Ultra into the category of luxury, which might make it a little more expensive than the average homeowner require.

Designed to resemble a modern floor cleaner, Bagless Robot Vacuum the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish accented by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper, which protects the vacuum mop cleaner robot and furniture from damage while moving around the home. In the pane in the front is a second navigation technology that is comprised of sensors that help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button that serves as an on/off switch.
