The Best robot vacuum and mop combo (why not try this out)

The Q Revo is a great choice if you're looking for a mid-priced robot vacuum and mop. It offers a great mopping experience but lacks the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

In tests, it was able to tackle dry oats and dust on carpets of medium pile and pet hair on hard flooring. However, unlike other models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to determine the layout of your home.

Roomba s9+ from iRobot

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, such as a dirt compartment that is integrated into the base of charging. This robot can recognize your habits for cleaning and recommend automatic schedules to give you an effortless cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once the system is setup you can begin the automated cleaning with a single button click. You can choose the general clean option that focuses on the removal of larger particles like cereal and rice. You can also select two detailed mappings to ensure that your entire home is thoroughly cleaned.

This robot vacuum performs well on floors that are unfinished and carpet with a low pile. It is able to take large objects and does not lose suction as fast as some other models, and it can even remove pet hair with ease. It's a challenge with plush or high-pile carpets, but iRobot says that future models will be more efficient.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba that uses flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes this will allow it to be able to hug walls and furniture. It's a nice improvement over the traditional hockey puck shape of the majority of robovacs. However, we discovered it to be only incrementally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims that the S9+ has an improved filtering system that blocks microscopic dust particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home. We think it's a nice statement but not enough to justify a higher price.

Its smart navigation system employs sensors that remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology for mapping the interior. This allows it to stay clear of obstacles like stairs and other barriers and to tidy up your whole home in the most efficient way possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundaries to ensure that the robot is aware of what areas require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robot that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those found on more expensive models. And its mopping system is better - its spinning pads scrub floors more efficiently than the vibrating pads.

The only issue is that it does not have an additional rubber brush for deeper cleaning, but it's a small cost to pay if want to get one of the best robots available. The robo-vac's dust tank is also larger than many of its rivals, and it takes just two or three cycles to fill it up, even at the highest dirt level.

In terms of the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest that are less aggressive than the more powerful ones, Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo produce little noise, allowing you to work or even watch television without interruption. It will gently bump into furniture or walls and then move on when it encounters one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that automatically moves physical trash into the bin hidden in the background and cleans and drys the mop pads, and refills its clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is wrong like the water tank being empty or a vacuuming session that is cancelled due to the bin being full.

You can also design and merge actual rooms to alter how the Q Revo manages your home. This is a great feature to have if you have several areas of your home with different flooring materials or there's items that need to be cleaned out frequently, like clothes, toys and books. The robot vacuum mop combo vacuum is also efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, picking up debris from both carpets and hardwoods on the first pass. It is able to even clean up spills that are wet but I would suggest drying them with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum with all the features you could wish for. It has a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has an auto-cleaning base station that automatically cleans and empty the mop pads, keeping them germ-free and ready for use again. It also features a new sensor system that better detects obstacles, giving it the ability to avoid falling over furniture or other objects.

The biggest improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this model has a sleeker, more modern design due to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). The robot is still quite large. It measures over two feet in the height and depth and weighs almost four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.

This model is also more efficient than the X1, as it has faster battery charging and can complete a cleaning of around 1,500 square feet with just one charge. It also has a bigger dustbin that is more durable to hold more debris, making it easier to empty when required.

The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that can be used even if you are not at home. It also comes with more mopping modes and an intelligent routing feature which allows it to clean certain rooms or areas of your home instead of just following a set path.

The Omni Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested, due to its mop pads that rotate to clean tough stains away and a motor that generates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is also excellent, and it increases suction when it senses a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. It comes with a huge, rechargeable battery that can last up to seven days. The mopping feature of the robot is also very effective.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium mop and robot vacuum that comes with a variety of convenience features you don't often see on robots in this price. It can make precise floor maps and recognize different types of flooring. It's also among the few robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. Although these features are great however, they also put the L10s Ultra in the category of luxury which could make it somewhat more expensive than what some homeowners require.

It is designed to look like a modern floor cleaner The L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish enhanced by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper that helps protect the vacuum and furniture from damage while moving through the house. Sensors are hidden behind the front panel, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum there is a single button that is used as an on/off switch. Its mops also do a great job, removing 98.4 percent of debris from our carpet, tile and wood tests. However, it wasn't as great at tackling sand on the hard floor and the quaker oats that are on carpet.
